The Château
of Lannuguy offers the visitor very special attention
in its only guestroom. After breakfast you can either relax
in the garden,watch the tide coming in, or explore the surroundings.
Bring your binoculars and discover the different species of
birds inhabiting the rivers just behind the stone walls. Take
a walk in the wood overlooking the valley and with luck you
will come face to face with a bold fox or a timid deer. Take
the boat from Morlaix, and visit the bay with the amazing
landscapes, picturesque harbours such as Locquenolé
with its stone houses hidden in the trees, the chateau
du Taureau towering on its rock, the isle of Batz,Carantec
and its coastal walks and farther on Roscoff and its
thalasso therapy.
Enjoy the small sandy beaches or the rocky cliffs along the
Tregor or Leon coast, the wild landscapes of the Armorican
Regional Park. Take a stroll in the medieval town of Morlaix
only 4 Km from the chateau of Lannuguy and on a Saturday morning
(market day) try a crepe in the animated streets, or lunch
in a local seafood or fish restaurant. Gourmets can delight
in the recommended restaurants of Carantec and Morlaix.
